Mr. Taylor's English Classroom Student Spotlight

It is my hope to be involved with the school Drama Club. Some of my fondest memories of school are centered around the time that I spent performing on stage. The work on producing the plays never seemed like work! I want to provide that same experience to my students.

A proposed constitution for the club is presented here.

    My acting experiences include:

  • Scrooge as Mr. Fezziwig
  • Dark of the Moon as Conjure Man
  • Dracula as Van Helsing
  • The Playgoers as The Master
  • Othello as Gratiano
  • Sir Gawain and the Green Knight as King Arthur
  • Arsenic and Old Lace as Officer O'Hara
  • All the King's Men as "Tiny" Duffy
  • Smoky Mountain Passion Play in Various Roles
  • Damascus Road in Various Roles
  • A Midsummer Night's Dream as Nick Bottom
  • The Matchmaker as Cornelius Hackl

    My technical experiences include:

  • Othello - Assistant Director
  • Arsenic and Old Lace - Set Crew
  • John McCutcheon in Concert at Emory & Henry College - Lights
  • Dracula - Director… this was a student production under the auspices of Emory & Henry College's Alpha Psi Omega (ΑΨΩ)
  • Deathtrap - Props Master
  • Getting It Right - Director
  • The Glass Menagerie - Lights
